以抽油杆精密模锻为例,通过工艺与设计分析,锻压变形力的工程计算,找出了目前抽油杆生产过程中平锻设备磨损严重、模具寿命降低的主要原因,其原因为锻压设备工作过程中的偏心力造成,并阐述如何在模具设计中采取措施减小偏心力对设备和模具的影响,这对于用平锻机设备锻造同类型的长轴杆件零件,具有一定的借鉴意义。

The causes of abnormal wear of upsetting machine and decrease of service life of die are analyzed by the example of sucker rod mold through technological analysis and computation of deforming force.Furthermore,by some special measures,the article provides the approach to lessen the effect of eccentric force,which is good for the equipment and the die,the article is useful for designing mold of similar type part.
