镁合金板由于其具有较小的比重正广泛地应用于零件制造 ,但它的许多成形性能目前还不能在专业手册中查到 ,这严重影响了它的成形工艺设计 ,为此 ,我们设计了实验模具 ,并在GB6 0杯突实验机上对镁合金AZ31板进行了胀形实验和扩孔试验 ,并对它的成形性能进行了研究 ,获得了极限胀形系数、平均扩孔率以及成形力与行程的关系曲线等一些有价值的数据 ,对这一新材料的成形规律有了一定认识。

The magnesium alloy planking is being used gradually because of its light gravity. But many parameters of forming property of magnesium alloy in shaping can not be found in the special manual. The facts impede seriously the forming engineering to magnesium alloy. In order to get property parameters of this new kind of material in stamping, we designed and manufactured die for experiment and made a series of tests for magnesium alloy planking AZ31 on the GBS-60 the semiautomatic cupping machines. These tests are bulge and hole expansion. Through the experiment, we study the properties of bulge form and holp expansion of magnesium alloy, getting practical valuable data, such as extreme limited bulge coeffictient, average hole expanding date, the temperature affect to forming property and the pattrn of formng force to stroke, and so on. We have cognition on the regularity of the new material in stamping. The results of the experiment above can be used as the reference in stamping technology and design to the magnesium alloy planking.
