In this paper, based linearization of Hill's yield criterion for normal anisotropic materials and the anisotropic theory, a calculating formula of critical thickness for the sheet wrinkling is deduced, through analyzing stress and strain in flange. Furthermore, the relationship between drawing coefficient and critical thickness is presented in the condition of different performance factors, such as hardenability value and anisotropic coefficient of metal sheet.
