纯铝和LY12铝合金微塑性成形性能评价试验研究

摘要:
   设计并加工直槽和V型槽两种微型模具, 使用工业半硬纯铝和 LY12 铝合金材料, 将成形筋高度和填充面积比作为评价参数, 分析模具槽宽尺寸、成形温度和摩擦条件对微塑性成形性能的影响, 借助 SEM对成形件进行形貌观察和分析。试验结果表明槽宽尺寸越小、成形温度越低坯料微塑性成形能力越差; 材料的塑性变形能力越好其微塑性成形性能越好。当槽宽尺寸小于100μm时填充比急剧减小, 表现出明显的尺寸效应。
Two kinds of micro dies, straight grooved and V-grooved die, are designed and fabricated The half hard pure aluminum and LY12 aluminum alloy are selected as the experimental materials The effect of the width of grooves, forming temperature and the lubricate conditions on the micro-forming ability is investigated using the height of formed rib and ratio of inflowing area as the evaluation parameters The topography of specimen is observed by SEM The results show that the micro-forming ability decreases with decreasing groove width and forming temperature, and it increases with increasing the plastic forming ability When the width of grooves is below 100μm, the ratio of inflowing area falls apparently and the size effect occurs
