基于热—力耦合的刚塑性有限元方法 ,对不锈钢 /铝 (合金 ) /不锈钢多层复合材料的热轧复合过程进行了分析 ,对不同变形条件下各组元层的厚比变化规律进行了模拟计算对照分析 ,结果表明有限元模拟结果与实验测量值比较相近 ,误差在工程上的允许误差范围内。此外还获得了热轧复合过程中各组元层金属的塑性流动规律和应力—应变分布规律。

In the paper the process of hot roll bonding of stainless steel/aluminum(aluminum alloy) / stainless steel laminated sheets were analyzed by rigid-plasticity finite element method (FEM) theory. The results show that the change of thickness of the component layers had good agreement with experiment through simultation calculation and comparing analysis, meanwhile the hot roll bonding procedure of the multi-layer composites was also analyzed, the distribution of the velocity, stress and strain in the component layers were obtained.
