矩形件排样优化既要考虑材料的利用率 ,又要考虑生产时的下料效率 ,同时还要满足“一刀切”的工艺要求。综合考虑这些因素后 ,提出了将板材先分块 ,再在分块的板材上排放单一零件的丁字尺法。实验表明这种方法对大规模矩形件有较好的效果 ,提高材料利用率的同时又能很好地保证下料效率

The paper based actual unloading technological requirement of rectangular pieces, proposes a T square approximate algorithm.First divide the rectangular stock into three blocks, and then place a kind of rectangular pieces on each block. The results show that the algorithm is valid to the large\|scale rectangular layout and ensure the productivity of unloading.
