初步分析了管件电磁校形过程,对校形工艺进行了实验研究,以工件端口圆度为评价指标,分析放电电压、工件材料、放电次数对管件端口校形精度的影响。研究表明,虽然材料性能和放电次数对校形精度有一定的影响,但放电电压是校形精度的决定因素。

The tube sizing process with electromagnetic bulging has been analyzed preliminarily and studied experimentally. The effects of tube materials, discharging voltage and times on the sizing precision of the tube ends are analyzed, with roundness of tube end as evaluating indicator. The studies indicate that materials properties and discharging times have effects on sizing precision, but the discharging voltage is the primary factor for the sizing precision.
