提出板材冲压成形难度的评价体系和相关的评价模型,并引入板材冲压件破裂的局部成形度,建立其冲压成形难度评价系统。通过模糊综合评价的方法形成相应标准样本,研究自适应共振神经网络的结构和内部作用原理,应用其结合目标样本,给出用于板材冲压成形难度动态评价的分类评价算法,并就具体实例给出其预测结果。预测结果表明:板材冲压成形难度动态评价的分类算法,动态量化性的分析有效克服了基于传统人为评价分析的盲目性。

The evaluation system and model of plate stamping difficulty is brought forward .Introducing the local shaping degree of plate stamping rupture, the evaluation system of plate stamping difficulty is particularly built.Forming a relative standard specimen with the blur and integrated evaluation method , the structure and internal function principle of adaptive neural networks is studied.Connected with goal specimen, the classified evaluation algorithm of dynamic evaluation of plate stamping difficulty is introduced.The predicted result on the sample is shown that the classified evaluation algorithm of dynamic evaluation of plate stamping difficulty and dynamic quantization analysis overcome effectively the blindness of traditional man-made evaluation.
