轻型车前照灯反光镜是由抛物曲线构成的三维曲面深拉深件。在成形过程中容易产生起皱和拉裂现象。为解决这些缺陷,分析了反光镜拉深成形工艺及成形方法,在设计模具时重点考虑拉深筋参数的可变性,在理论计算的基础上,采用逐步增高拉深筋的试验方法,探讨了拉深筋参数对成形结果的影响,从而得到最佳的实际值。实际生产验证模具结构合理,拉深筋调整简单,模具调试周期短。

Light-vehicle headlamp reflector is constituted of parabolas to3-D surface,which is a deep drawing workpiece.The wrinkle and crack are easy to be formed during the forming process.For settling down these disfigurements,the technology and forming methods of the reflector deep drawing are analyzed in this paper.The variability of drawbead parameters has been mainly considered in designing die.Therefore,based on the theoretical calculation,the experimental methods of gradual heightening drawbead are adopted to probe into the influence of drawbead parameters on forming result.So that the best real values are found which validate that the die structure is reasonable in practice,the drawbead adjustment is simple and the die debugging cycle is short.
