针对滑套精锻成形中 ,存在的反挤压冲头弯曲失效及精锻件表面出现折叠等问题 ,建立了弹塑性热力耦合有限元模型。通过对滑套的镦挤和反挤过程进行数值模拟分析 ,找出了出现上述问题的原因 ,提出了改进措施

Plastic deformation of the extrusion punch and surface folding on part often occur during the forming of outer race (VL.). The occurrence causes of the problems are studied by using FE method. The coupled thermal\|mechanical elastic\|plastic FEM analysis models for multi\|stage warm extrusion are set up, and each forming process is simulated by using non\|linear FEM software MARC. According the simulating results, an improving solution is put forward.
