摘要：

提出一个简化的分层模型 ,研究 2 0 2 4 / 30 0 3梯度铝合金圆锭自由热压条件下的塑性变形特征 ,并与试验结果进行比较 ,数值模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。

In this paper, a simplified delamination model of the gradient material was proposed. Plastic deformation characteristic of 2024/3003 gradient alloy ingot prepared by double-stream-pouring continuous casting (DSPCC) method under hot free-compression was investigated. Experiment and simulation results were compared. Results showed the simulation results are in good agreement with those of experiment.
