铝型材挤压数值模拟可以大大减少模具开发的时间 ,优化有限元网格结点编号可以减少带宽 ,从而减少内存的消耗 ,提高计算速度。本文用一种新的结点编号优化算法对铝型材模具网格结点编号进行了优化 ,减少了有限元带宽 ,提高计算速度。

The numerical simulation of aluminium profile extrusion process reduces the exploitation time of the die. Optimizing the node number of finite element makes the bandwidth reduced, the consumption of RAM decreased, the compute speed increased. A renumbering algorithm is presented in this paper. The algorithm optimizes the node number of the aluminium profile extrusion die, makes the bandwidth reduced and the compute speed increased.
