二维排样是典型的组合优化问题。通过综合遗传算法和模拟退火算法思想,提出一种适宜于大批量、多种类的矩形件排样的混合遗传算法,并结合基于局部板材利用率最高的填充算法不断填充板材,获得近似总体最优的排样结果。运用此算法,作者开发了实用的排样软件,并给出了计算实例,结果表明该算法是一种行之有效的方法。

Two dimension layout is a typical combination optimization question.Combining genetic algorithm with simulated annealing algorithm, a mixed genetic algorithm of layout optimization for large quantities and many kinds of rectangular parts is proposed in this paper. Combined with filling algorithm based on the best utilization of local material, the global optimal layout solution is found. From this algorithm,the author works out an useful layout software and gives a computation example .It is proved that this method is an useful method with high efficiency.
