在板材成形智能化控制过程中,参数的实时识别及预测是两个最关键的部分。神经网络识别及预测模型输入输出参数的选择,对智能化控制的成功与否以及控制精度高低起着至关重要的作用。本文利用ANSYS软件,通过对宽板V型自由弯曲及卸载过程的有限元数值模拟,研究了影响成形及卸载过程的因素,为宽板V型自由弯曲智能化控制神经网络参数识别及预测模型输入、输出参数的选择提供了依据。

The real-time identification and prediction are the two most important key parts during the intellectualized control of sheet forming.The selection of the input and output parameters for the identification and prediction of the neural network model is vital to the success of intellectualized control and the degree of the control precision.Factors influencing the process of forming and unloading are studied in this paper through finite element numerical simulation of the process of V-shape free bending of wide sheet metal using the software ANSYS.It provides the base for the selection of input and output parameters for the identification and prediction of the neural network model of intellectualized controlling for V-shape free bending of the wide sheet.
