精密微塑性成形系统的研制

摘要:
随着微型零件尺寸的减小,对成形设备提出了更高要求,传统的塑性成形设备难以在小行程下实现载荷和位移的精确控制。针对微成形的特点研制了精密微塑性成形系统,设计了宏动/微动相结合的驱动系统,微动部分使用压电陶瓷作为驱动器,宏动部分采用精密丝杠旋钮来实现,借助数据采集系统进行数据的实时采集和处理,使用成形工艺控制器对微成形过程进行精确控制,该系统可以对模具进行加热以实现等温成形,由温度PID控制器控制。使用该精密微塑性成形系统进行了微成形试验,所成形的微型齿轮零件质量良好。
With the miniature of the micro parts, there are high requirements for the microforming apparatus. It is difficult for the traditional forming machine to realize the high control precision of load and displacement in small travel. A precision micro forming apparatus has been made using the macro/micro feeding system for the characteristics of microforming process. The piezo actuator is selected as the micro feeding actuator, and a manual screw driven bolt is selected as the macro-feeding device. A measurement system has been designed to measure results of tests and deal with the data immediately, and the high control precision is achieved by a forming process control unit. During the forming test, the whole die device is heated to carry out the isothermal forming process, and the forming temperature is controlled by a PID control unit. The microforming tests have been carried out using the apparatus, and the perfect microgears have been fabricated.
