杯形毛坯是内齿轮旋压成形所需的预制坯,其参数设计是否合理直接关系着内齿轮的成形质量。在对杯形毛坯设计参数分析的基础上,采用正交试验方法分析了毛坯的壁厚、壁厚差和内径对内齿轮成形质量的影响。研究结果表明:3个参数中以毛坯壁厚对内齿轮的成形质量影响最大;对应每一种内齿轮轮齿,总是存在着一个最优毛坯壁厚,当毛坯壁厚小于该值时,无法成形出质量合格的内齿轮制件。因此在设计杯形毛坯时,可以通过严格控制毛坯壁厚来提高内齿轮的成形质量,同时根据旋压机的经济加工精度来选定壁厚差,还可以降低杯形毛坯的制造成本。

The cup-shape part is the prepared blank for inner-gear spinning and the rationality of its parameters directly influence the quality of inner-gear spun part.Based on the anlaysis of design parameters of cup-shape blank,the effects of blank thickness,thickness tolerance and internal diameter on the forming quality of inner-gear were studied by orthotropic experiment method.The results indicate that among the three parameters,the blank thickness plays a significant role in inner-gear spinning.There is a minimum value of blank thickness for a certain kind of inner-gear,and when the blank thickness is below that value,the filling status in gear tooth is unsatisfied due to lack of filling material.So the blank thickness should be strictly controlled for improving the quality of inner-gear.Meanwhile,selecting the thickness tolerance according to the economical perspective of the spinning machine can lower the manufacturing cost in blank manufacturing.
