The analysis on forming technology of top bridge reinforce plate was carried out through empirical analysis. After experimental stamping,techincal improving and second experimental stamping, the forming process was simulated by Autoform404 software. The technological parameters were optimized and the simulated results were testified by final experimental stamping. The result of numerical simulation on thickness variation was compared with the ac[JP2]tual measurement of the part. The perfect forming technology of top bridge reinforce plate was concluded, and specific technological parameters were gained. Production cost was reduced due to the less times of experimental stamping and the higher ratio of material utilization. It serves a valuable example for the production of the same kind of parts.
