上横梁加强板成形工艺分析与数值模拟

摘要:

采用经验分析的方法对上横梁加强板的成形工艺做了详细分析。经过试模、工艺改进、再试模后,应用Autoform 4.04软件对制件的成形过程进行了数值模拟,优化工艺参数,并进行了实验验证。将模拟得出的制件厚度变化与最终冲压测量结果做了对比分析,得出了上横梁加强板的合理成形工艺和具体工艺参数,提高了材料的利用率,减少了试模次数,降低了成本。对同类件的生产具有一定的参考价值。

The analysis on forming technology of top bridge reinforce plate was carried out through empirical analysis. After experimental stamping,techincal improving and second experimental stamping, the forming process was simulated by Autoform404 software. The technological parameters were optimized and the simulated results were testified by final experimental stamping. The result of numerical simulation on thickness variation was compared with the ac[JP2]tual measurement of the part. The perfect forming technology of top bridge reinforce plate was concluded, and specific technological parameters were gained. Production cost was reduced due to the less times of experimental stamping and the higher ratio of material utilization. It serves a valuable example for the production of the same kind of parts.
