一种数字式液压机立柱应力在线监测系统研究

分析了液压机立柱应力监测系统的研究现状及存在的问题,提出了一种高精度数字式液压机立柱应力在线监测的新方法;系统采用接触式微位移传感器和总线通讯技术,通过检测立柱受载时的微变形来计算立柱承受的应力;采用PLC及上位机对采集的多点应力数据进行处理和监控;经实验测试和300 MN模锻液压机上实际运行,表明该系统检测精度高,抗干扰能力强,稳定性好,能实现工业现场恶劣坏境下的立柱应力的在线监测。

The status quo and problems of the traditional stress monitoring system of the main columns in the hydraulic press were analyzed and a new method for high precision and digital on-line stress monitoring system of the main columns in the hydraulic press which based on the micro-displacement sensors and bus communication technology was proposed. By detecting the micro-displacement of the columns when loaded, the system could calculate the column stress effectively. The PLC was used to process the multi-point stress data and the PC was used to monitor the column stress. The experimental test and actual running on the 300 MN die forging hydraulic press shows that the system has high detection precision, strong anti-interference and good stability. It can realize the on-line monitoring under the bad environment of the industrial site.
