滚压包边角度对包边件轮廓尺寸变动的影响

摘要:

机器人滚压包边是一种新型汽车车身制造工艺,主要应用于汽车车身四门两盖总成外板与内板的连接。四门两盖是汽车车身外表开启件,要求装配后与周围零件保持圆滑过渡和均匀间隙,包边后零件出现的尺寸变动(尺寸缩进和尺寸胀出)会直接影响零件装配精度。本文通过实验研究表明:包边件自由端的尺寸缩进大于中间部位;包边件轮廓在第1道包边过程中向内缩进,在终包边过程中向外胀出;最后道次的滚压角度增量越大,尺寸胀出的现象越明显。

Robot roller hemming is a new technology in auto industry. It's mainly used to join inner and outer closures panels, such as car doors and deck lids. Since these closures are exterior autobody components, smooth fitting and uniform gaps between assembled components are critical concerned. The dimensional defects appeared in hemming process, namely roll-in and roll\|out, could affect assembly accuracy. The experimental results show that dimensional deviation is more serious at the free edges than in the middle of the parts. Moreover, the profile tends to roll in during the first hemming step, while roll out during final hemming. And bigger hemming angle incremental in the last step may cause lager roll\|out.
