柔性压辊拉形机原理及其数值模拟研究

摘要:

介绍了柔性压辊拉形机的原理,利用非线性有限元软件进行了柔性压辊拉形机拉形过程的数值模拟,设计了3种加载方案并对3种方案的模拟结果进行了研究和对比。结果表明:成形中压辊按向下凸圆弧状排列下压比压辊一直按直线排列下压在抑制裂纹方面更有优势;在采用前者方式加载时,在设备允许的范围内,向下凸圆弧半径越小,抑制裂纹的能力越强。

The principles of a new proposed stretching machine named flexible-roller stretching machine were introduced briefly. The stretching process was stimulated with commercial FEM software. And three different loading paths were designed and studied, and a contrast was made among them. The results show that it will have more advantages in crack preventing when the rollers are adjusted into a downward protruding arc shape in the forming process than that into a straight line. And if the radius of the arc is smaller, the better effect in preventing cracks can be obtained.
