带下陷航空钣金零件展开及参数化建模研究

摘要:

飞机钣金零件中有一类零件带有下陷,其下陷区域展开困难,目前主要采用经验方法展开,精度不高。提出一种针对下陷零件的展开算法,为下陷零件提供实用准确的处理流程, 编程实现该类钣金展开的自动计算;对飞机钣金零件展开毛坯进行CATIA参数化建模。实践证明,本系统展开结果正确,精度满足要求,误差不超过0.3 cm,方便操作。

There are some parts with joggle in sheet metal parts of airplane and the unfolding of these components are difficult. At present, an empirical method is mainly used to develop these parts and the precision is low. The research of the algorithm of development for aircraft sheet metal components with joggle was carried out. The practical method of development for aircraft SMC with joggle was provided and programmed for the auto calculation of the development for this kind component. CATIA model of the typical aircraft sheet metal component was built up to finish the parameterized modeling. Practice proves that the result of the system is correct and the precision meets the requirements. The error is not more than 0.3 cm and easy to be operated.
