基于UG的消失模泡沫模样数控刀路优化算法的研究

摘要:

消失模泡沫模样的数控加工程序复杂,UG数控编程系统在数控刀路排列方面提供的算法不能根据工件的具体情况很好地控制抬刀空行程,常常导致跳刀现象的发生,不符合实际加工制造的工艺原则。利用产生式系统原理设计了刀路优化程序,制定了各种情况的刀路优化规则集,提出了调整刀路分组排列效果的等高面阀值ΔZ等4个刀路优化基本概念,解决了消失模泡沫模样数控程序的刀路优化难题,实现了数控编程全自动化。实践证明,该算法可行并具有抬刀空行程短、工艺合理、效率高等优点。

The NC program of foam EPC is complicate. The algorithm provided by UG NC programming system in the CNC tool path arrangement can not control cutter lifting idle path very well in all kinds of concrete conditions. So that it often leads to tool jumping phenomenon,and can not meet the principles of the actual manufacturing process.  Principles of production system were used to design the tool path optimization procedures, a variety of circumstances rule set of tool path optimization was established, four basic concepts of tool path optimization were proposed in which the same-height threshold value ΔZ could adjust the affection of tool path arrangement,and the key problem was encountered in NC auto programming of the foam EPC was solved. The full automation of NC programming was also realized. The results show that the algorithm is doable with the advantages of short knife carrying idle path, reasonable process and high efficiency.
