边缘倒角类零件精冲技术的研究

摘要:

在精冲零件边缘处加工倒角,需要复合冷挤压或冷锻等工艺。由于成形力的不对称,导致加工中出现影响正常送料步距的“爬料”现象及倒角偏差等问题,以致无法获得合格的零件。以一种典型边缘倒角精冲件—— 刹车片钢背为研究对象,根据一系列研究提出了一种新工艺方案,并研制了一套4工步精冲连续模,获得了合格的钢背精冲件。为延长模具寿命,还提出了一种独立润滑机构。研究成果能够广泛应用至其它类似零件的开发。

The fine blanked part with edge chamfer must be manufactured by the combination with extrusion or cold forging. Some problems, such as the remarkable deviation of material feed step and part chamfer angle, etc., were emerged due to the unbalanced forming force,which lead to unqualified part. Using the brake back shoe which was a typical fine blanking part with edge chamfer as object, a new approach was discussed for the fine blanking of this part based on a series of researches, and a 4 steps progressive fine blanking die was designed and manufactured. Further more, qualified back shoe was produced by this approach. A new independent lubrication device was put forward for the elongation of tool life. The research results can be widely used in the fine blanking development for similar parts.
