基于Deform和Matlab的钢制平衡块温塑性成形工艺参数优化

摘要:

为解决钢制平衡块在实际生产中挤压速度和加热温度难以进行有效控制的问题,基于Deform-3D软件对该零件进行温塑性成形计算机仿真加工,整理模拟结果并借助Matlab软件进行双因素方差分析,确定出影响钢制平衡块铆钉长度和挤压力的主要因素。同时,对等效应力数值进行回归分析,获得了一元非线性回归方程并通过验证,最后将由数值模拟试验获得的最佳工艺参数应用于实际生产,获得较好效果。

It is difficult to effectively control the extrusion speed and temperatures when metal balance weight is producing . Computer simulation for the part warm plastic processing was conducted based on the software Deform-3D, the main factors on rivets length and the extrusion force of metal balance weight were determined by collating and analyzing the results in two way ANOVA method within the Matlab. Meanwhile, the result of effective stress was carried out by regression analysis and unitary non linear regress equation was achieved and also further confirmed. Finally, the advanced process parameters were put into practical production with good performance.
