重载夹持机构弹性动力学研究

摘要:

针对重载夹持机构在工作过程中存在弹性振动的情况,以压杆式夹持机构为研究对象,用五次埃尔米特多项式表示梁单元的横向位移,进一步用弹性动力分析简化方法建立了良好反映重载夹持机构的质量矩阵、刚度矩阵及运动参数的有限元模型,得到系统的运动微分方程组,利用Newmark-β法求解其弹性位移并通过实验验证位移U1,U12,U15。结果显示:夹持机构的一阶固有频率随前臂转角β增大而增大,相应的最大锻件下偏角为0.74°;KES的弹性位移比KED的位移变化幅度减小;定性了解了摩擦力可以减少夹持机构振动的振幅,并可以延迟振动响应。

In allusion to the existed elastic vibration of heavy loading gripper in work, the pressure columned gripper was taken as a research object, and the lateral displacement of beam element was represented in Eimilt polynomial, the finite element model was built in simplified method of elastic dynamic analysis including the mass matrix,stiffness matrix and motion parameters. Then the motion differential equations were built. The elastic displacement was calculated numerically in Newmark-β method, the displacement U1,U12,U15 were verified. The results show that the tendency of the first order of inherent frequency becomes bigger as intersection angle of forearm β increases, the elastic displacement amplitude of Kineto Elastostatic analysis is smaller than that of Kineto-Elastodynamic analysis and the largest drop angle was got as 0.74°. It is qualitatively realized that the friction can make the heavy loading gripper's vibration amplitude becoming smaller and delay the vibration response.
