基于ANSYS-PDS的高速冲床曲轴可靠性分析

根据可靠性分析理论,运用有限元分析软件的概率设计功能(ANSYS-pds模块),对高速冲床曲轴进行了可靠性分析。通过参数化设计语言APDL编制概率设计时需要的分析文件,以曲轴的几何尺寸、载荷、弹性模量等参数作为随机输入变量,选用响应面法中的中心合成设计抽样法(CCD抽样)进行随机抽样计算,得到了曲轴可靠度、响应变量灵敏度及影响曲轴可靠性的主要因素。结果表明,曲轴屈服极限、轴颈尺寸对曲轴可靠性影响程度较大。由此得到了曲轴可靠性设计变量与目标变量的影响关系,为进一步提高曲轴可靠性及结构可靠性优化设计提供了参考。

Based on the theory of reliability analysis, the reliability of the crankshaft of high-speed punch was analyzed using the probability design functions of finite element analysis software (ANSYS-PDS module). The analysis file was written using parameter-design language APDL, and the geometry size, the load and the elastic modulus of the crankshaft were chosen as the random input variables. The reliability of the crankshaft, the response sensitivity and the main factors that affect the reliability were got, which were random sampling calculated by the central composite design sampling(CCD sampling) method of the response-surface method. The results show that the crankshaft yield limit and shaft neck size of crankshaft reliability influence is bigger. Thus the influence of the crankshaft reliability design variables and the target variables were got, which provides reference for improving the reliability of the crankshaft and the structure reliability optimization design.
