基于ARM的伺服压力机网络控制系统设计

摘要:

根据曲柄压力机工艺特性和伺服电机工作原理,提出了基于ARM的网络控制系统,并对系统相关软件构成做了详细的设计和分析。嵌入式开发平台采用低成本、高性能的Tiny6410和STM32F103,人机界面使用Qt和OpenCV开发,系统可以在远程终端控制加工现场并监控产品质量,人机界面可实时显示当前电机运行状态。该设计可为后续实现无线网络控制提供实践参考。

According to the process characteristics of the crank press and the working principle of the servo motor, the ARM\|based network control system was put forward, and the software components were introduced. The low\|cost, high\|performance Tiny6410 and STM32F103 were adopted as the embedded development platform, the Qt and OpenCV were used to develop the HMI, the processing site in the remote terminal was controlled and the product quality was monitored using this system, the current motor running was displayed in HMI in real time. The design provides a practical reference for the follow\|up wireless network control.
