一种冲压模具闭合间隙监控方法与实验验证

摘要:

通过监测冲压模具凸凹模分型面之间的合模间隙能够发现某些冲压件质量问题。提出了一种监控模具凸凹模分型面之间的合模间隙的方法。在凹模上安装3个电涡流位移传感器,通过电测设备采集每次冲压模闭合时压边部位的模具间隙,并分析这些数据,如果间隙超过一定范围,将会提醒操作者检查模具。冲压实验结果表明,模具闭合间隙可以准确测量,精确度能达到0.01mm。这种方法可以用于多种冲压模具闭合间隙监控,并可减少安装和调试模具时间,提高冲压件质量,节约成本。

Some quality problems of stamping parts can be found by monitoring the close gap of mould parting surface. A method to monito dies close gap was proposed. Three eddy current displacement sensors were installed on the die. The close gap of every stamping was recorded and analyzed. When the gaps exceed certain value, a warning message will be given to the operator. The sheet forming test shows that the die gap can be measured accurately with a precision of 0.01 mm. The method can be used to monitor some kinds of sheet forming process,which could reduce the time to change or adjust of the die, improve the quality of stamping parts and save cost.
