数控渐进反向成形支撑凹模STL模型生成与制作

摘要:

为满足金属板材数控渐进反向成形中支撑凹模制作的需要,提出一种从板材件的CAD模型自动生成并可根据加工要求实现自动调整尺寸大小的支撑凹模STL模型,该模型可以根据已有坯料尺寸、刀具长度等因素自动进行实体分层以及支撑凹模整体制造和分层制造。最后,以具有多个较复杂曲面的STL模型为对象,给出了支撑凹模STL模型生成实例和利用四轴数控雕铣机制作支撑凹模实例。

 To meet the needs of support fabrication for sheet metal CNC incremental reverse forming, a method of generating support die STL model whose size could be adjusted according to the processing requirement automatically from CAD model of sheet part was proposed. And the method for slicing the support die STL model according to the factors, such as the material thickness, tool length and so on was also presented. Meanwhile, the method of integral manufacturing and layered manufacturing for the support die was given. Finally, the case studied for the generation of support die STL model and the fabrication of support on 4-axis CNC milling machine was presented by taking a sheet workpiece with many complex surfaces as test model.
