带钢热连轧粗轧过程FEM分析前处理模块开发

摘要:

采用ABAQUS提供的用户图形AFX GUI Toolkit工具包和Python脚本接口,通过二次开发得到了带钢热连轧粗轧专用前处理模块。采用该模块,用户只需输入所需的信息,便可高效地建立带钢粗轧的有限元仿真模型,并为后处理提供简洁而详实的数据源。通过在某钢厂1500带钢热连轧粗轧道次的应用,证明所开发的前处理模块能够有效提高轧制过程有限元分析模型的建模效率,方便技术人员的使用和操作,有利于有限元方法在生产现场的应用。

 Based on ABAQUS GUI Toolkit and Python, a pre-process module for slab rolling was developed. With this module, users only need to enter the slab parameters, roller parameters, select or add material properties, slab velocity, the friction coefficient, file save name and other information, the slab roughing FEM model can be efficiently built. After 1500 slab rolling of roughing pass applications, the pre-process module can effectively establish the rolling process FEM models quickly, facilitate the use and operation of technical staff, and can be convenient for field application of finite element method.
