板材多点渐进成形控制系统设计

摘要:

针对板材在单点渐进成形中成形平面受力不平衡,成形力相对较大,导致成形件极易产生失稳,并且成形效率不高等问题,在充分汲取单点渐进成形优点与多点成形优点的基础上,提出了多点渐进成形的方法,根据成形原理及成形路径规划研制出相应的成形控制系统。该系统以DMC2610控制器为核心,采用“PC+运动控制器”的主从式控制方式,在VB6.0环境下实现软件的开发,并详细分析了该系统的软硬件结构及实现方法。实验表明,该系统具有很好的灵活性和开放性,满足目前多点渐进成形实验研究的需要。

Focused on the problems of lower forming efficiency and the workpiece tends to instability due to the non-homogenous force in the shaped surface during incremental forming and larger forming force,and based on the merits of single point incremental forming and multi-point forming process, the multi-point incremental forming was presented. The corresponding forming control system was developed according to the principle of forming and path planning. Using DMC2610 controller as core and the master-slave control mode of “PC and controller”, the software of system was designed by VB6.0. The hardware and the software structure of the control system and the implementation method were introduced in detail. The result shows that the control system has good flexibility and openness,which meets the needs of experimental study for the current multi-point incremental forming.
