微型轿车翼子板冲压工艺及拉延模设计

摘要:

在分析翼子板结构和工艺特点的基础上,借助Autoform软件模拟与设计经验相结合,对翼子板成形过程中出现的开裂、冲击线、回弹等成形缺陷的原因进行了分析, 提出了增大凸模圆角半径、提高工艺补充部分高度、增加整形工序的措施,并对工艺方案进行了优化,设计出翼子板拉延模结构,同时介绍了覆盖件拉深模设计和制造要点。经实践验证,设计的拉深模工艺性良好、结构合理、符合生产要求。

Based on the analysis of fender structures and process characteristics,and combined the simulation of Autoform software and design experience, the cause of cracking, the impact of line and rebound forming defects which appeared on fender molding process were analyzed. The ideas of increasing the punch fillet radiu, adding the process compensation height and adding the shaping process were put forward and the process program was simulated.The fender drawing die structure was designed and the main point of cover drawing die design and manufacture was also introduced.The practice shows that the cover drawing die has good process and reasonable structure which accords with production requirements.
