单直缝焊接圆管成形制造工艺改进

PFP逐步折弯成形法采用冷加工折弯方式成形直缝焊接圆管,免去了热加工锻造法中将钢板毛坯加热、锻后正火处理等热处理工序,应用固定的上模和可调节宽度的下模,减少了开模数量,扩大了加工范围。根据圆管内径、壁厚、中性层弯曲半径确定圆管展开毛坯钢板尺寸。由于圆上各处曲率相等,可以确定每次成形圆弧的弧长及圆弧对应的圆心角等要素,利用CAD制图分割整圆,在毛坯钢板上划线标识折弯成形次数及折弯工艺顺序,钢板在折弯机上逐步折弯成形,最终获得了合格的单直缝焊接圆管。

Single seam welding pipe was formed by PFP gradual bending forming method adopting cold bending, which eliminates the heat treatment processes such as the blank heating plate with hot forging method and normalizing treatment after forging,  and applies fixed upper die and lower die with adjustable width to reduce the number of die sinking and expand the scope of processing. The blank plate size of the unfolding circular tube was determined according to the tube diameter, wall thickness and  bending radius of the neutral layer. Based on the equal curvatures around a circle, the factors including the arc length of each forming arc and the corresponding central angle of the arc etc. were determined. The full circle was split using CAD drawings,and the bending number and bending process were obtained by drawing bending line on the blank sheet. Steel plate in the bending machine was gradually bent. Finally, the qualified single seam welding pipe was obtained.
