重型承载机架的优化设计——论1200MN液压机之一

摘要:

提出了重型承载机架的“厚壁容器式承载”特性、点对称性优化设计原理、FEM应力色带优化方法,对于重型承载结构优化具有普遍指导意义。根据上述原理,详尽分析了“C”型和“A”型机架的力学特性,深刻阐明“A”型机架的一系列宝贵优点,说明了1200MN液压机采用“A”型机架的科学性和正确性。“A”型机架的成功研制以及大量应用,是我国工程界对世界重型制造业的重要贡献之一。

The thick container load-bearing characteristics of heavy load-bearing frame, the optimization design based points symmetry principle and the optimization method based on the stress ribbon image in FEM were put forward, which have general guiding significance for the structure optimization of heavy load-bearing frame. According to the principles, the mechanical characteristics of the type ‘C’ and type ‘A’ frame were analyzed in detail and a series of valuable features of type ‘A’ frame was profoundly stated  which illustrated that it was scientific and correct for the 1200MN hydraulic press adopting type ‘A’ frame. Type ‘A’ frame is successfully designed and widely used. It is one of the most important contributions of Chinese engineering area to the world heavy manufacturing industry.
