板料成形参数化建模与自动分析平台开发及应用

摘要:

针对现有商业软件不能兼顾参数化建模和模具补偿的问题,基于VB开发了考虑回弹及模具补偿的板料冲压成形参数化建模与自动分析平台。该平台采用动力显式算法模拟成形过程,采用静力隐式算法模拟回弹过程,并根据回弹偏差采用位移修正法对模具进行补偿。应用该平台对某护罩件进行分析,实现了同类零件的参数化建模与分析,获得了摩擦系数和模具间隙对回弹偏差的影响规律,并得到理想的模具型面,体现了该平台的智能性和高效性。

For the problem that both parametric modeling and die compensation can not be achieved in commercial software, based on VB, a parametric modeling and analysis platform for sheet metal forming process considering springback and die compensation was developed. Dynamic explicit algorithm was used to simulate the forming process and static implicit algorithm was used to simulate the springback on this platform.  The die was compensated by the displacement adjustment method according to the springback deviation, the parametric modeling and analysis were achieved for similar parts, and the law of the influence of friction coefficient and die gap on springback deviation was obtained,and the ideal die face was also obtained, which showed the intelligence and efficiency of the platform.
