汽车挡泥板冲压工艺的改进

摘要:

以汽车挡泥板为研究对象,对其原有冲压工艺进行分析,针对原有工艺的不足,提出新的工艺方案,重点介绍了一模四件的拉延模设计。并利用有限元分析软件AutoForm对该工艺的成形过程进行数值模拟仿真。优化拉延筋的设置方式和尺寸后,解决了优化前局部成形不充分及开裂的问题。模拟结果验证了新工艺的合理性和可行性。采用该工艺不仅能提高材料利用率,减少模具成本,节省了一副落料模,而且可以缩短模具设计周期,提高整体生产效率。

The original stamping process for vehicle fender was analyzed. In order to overcome the defects of original process,a new scheme was proposed with emphasis on introduction to the design of the drawing die capable of forming four different parts at one time. A numerical simulation was conducted on the improved forming scheme using FEA software AutoForm. After the establishment way and shape size of blank optimized,the local deficient formation and breakage before optimization were solved. The results verify the rationality and feasibility of the new stamping scheme. Adopting the process can not only greatly increase the material utilization rate and reduce die cost for the elimination of one blanking die, but also shorten the lead time of die design and enhance the overall efficiency of production.
