GQ280钢冲压成形应用及回弹控制模拟

摘要:

GQ280冷轧高屈服强度钢是一种新型高强度钢,用于轿车冲压成形结构件,但其冲压成形性能偏低,弯曲回弹大。通过拉伸试验得到GQ280钢板的力学性能,抗拉强度420 MPa,屈强比0.8。并采用Dynaform软件模拟GQ280座椅锁扣支撑板的成形过程。支撑板上成形加强筋使制件刚度、应力分布和强度获得显著改善,弯曲回弹得到有效控制,回弹减小34.3%~84.47%。

 GQ280 cold-rolled high yield strength steel is a new kind of high strength steel used for car stamping parts,but it has low stamping performance and large bending springback. Obtained by tensile test, the tensile strength of GQ280 steel plate was 420 MPa and the yield ratio was 0.8. The forming process of GQ280 steel seat lock support plate was simulated by Dynaform. Therigidity, stress distribution and strength of parts are improved significantly by setting reinforcing ribonsupport plate. The springback is controlled effectively and dropped by 34.3%-84.47%.
