阶梯轴多工步缩径挤压成形工艺研究

摘要:

针对阶梯轴结构特点设计了三工步挤压工艺,并采用有限元模拟与工艺试验分析了多工步挤压的变形过程及其尺寸变化规律。结果表明:针对该轴所设计的三工步挤压工艺方案切实可行;在多工步挤压中,凹模入口部分的传力区直径在缩径挤压时,会因镦粗而增大,而任何一个工步中刚经模具缩径减小后的直径的有限元模拟结果和试验结果均与设计值一致。
 

According to the shape characteristics of multi-step shaped shaft, a three step ironing process was designed. Both finite element method and experiments were employed to analyze the deformation process and the rule of dimension change in ironing. The results show that the three-step extrusion process is feasible. During multi-step ironing, the diameter of force transmission zone near the entrance of die will increase due to upsetting. And whether in finite element simulation or in experiment, the reduced diameter after ironing in any step is in line with the design value.
