基于能量分析的螺旋压力机锻造力测量方法

摘要:

以能量守恒原理为基础,从锻造力和能量变化之间的关系出发,推导出飞轮蓄能螺旋压力机锻造力的递推计算式。采用标定的方法,使计算式更具实用意义。转速传感器采集飞轮角速度,通过计算机递推计算出不同时间点的成形力,最大的成形力即为所要测量的锻造力。研究结果表明:利用锻造力推导公式Pi,通过圆环标定,可有效的测出锻造力。该测量方法不同于传统测量螺旋压力机锻造力的应变片方法,为螺旋压力机锻造力的测量提供了新的借鉴方法。

The recursion formula to determine the strike force of screw press with a fly wheel to energy accumulate was derived from the relationship between the force and energy according to the energy conservation law. It was practical by means of the method of upsetting ring calibrating sample. Using rotate speed sensor to collect the fly wheel angular velocity, the forming forces at different time were got by point-by-point computation. The maximum forming force is the expected strike force. The results show that the forging force can effectively be measured by using the derived forging force formula Pi and the circle calibration. It is a new referred measurement method of strike force of screw press unlike the tradition one.
