内六方空心件挤压成形金属流动规律研究

摘要:

挤压成形带有内六方通孔零件的难点是孔的尺寸精度高、金属流动复杂。为了提高内六方空心件形状和尺寸精度,借助商业有限元软件Deform-3D,应用刚塑性有限元法模拟了内六方空心零件的冷挤压成形过程,利用速度矢量研究了该零件冷挤压过程的金属流动规律;根据模拟得到的速度场和变形规律,预测了成形过程中的缺陷;利用数值模拟对原始坯料进行优化,通过把坯料底部改成30°的内锥形,解决了挤压件前端不规则及内孔尺寸超差的缺陷。最后,通过实验的方法得到了内六方通孔挤压件,与模拟结果基本一致,其力学性能、组织和尺寸精度均符合要求。

The difficult problem of extrusion forming for hexagon hollow pieces is the dimensional accuracy of hexagon hole and complicated law of metal flow. In order to improve the shape and dimension precision for hexagon hollow pieces, the cold forming process for hexagon hollow pieces was numerical simulated by using finite element software Deform-3D and rigid-plastic finite element method, and the law of metal flow in forming process was studied by using velocity vector. According to the simulated velocity and metal flow law, the forming process defects were predicted. The original billet was optimized by using numerical simulation, and the bottom of billet was changed into inner cone of 30°, so the questions of irregular front end of extrusion work pieces and out of tolerance of inner-hole dimension were sloved. Finally,the experiments were conducted to verify the simulation results, and the parts with qualified mechanical property,structure and dimension were obtained.
