翼子板冲压工艺及成形分析

摘要:

 在分析翼子板结构和工艺特点的基础上,制定了包含5道工序的冲压工作内容。将Autoform软件分析模拟与设计经验相结合,利用UG软件对翼子板成形工序进行了三维建模,对翼子板成形过程中可能出现的冲击线、刚度不足等成形缺陷的原因进行了分析,并给出了预防对策。可以通过调整冲压方向来解决拉延冲击线问题,调节进料速度解决成形迹线问题,调整拉延筋和增加工艺凸包解决零件强度和刚度问题。对成形工序进行模拟分析,实现了工艺补充的优化。模具调试结果表明,冲压工艺设计优化合理,消除了表面缺陷,保证了产品的表面精度和成形质量。

 

  Based on the analysis of fender structure and process characteristics, five processes of stamping fender were formulated. Combined with the simulation of Autoform software and design experience, three-dimension drawing process model for front fender was set up by UG software,the causes of forming defects as drive line and deficient rigidity appeared during fender molding were analyzed,and corresponding precaution measures were given. The problem of drive line was solved by adjusting stamping direction, the problem of skid line was solved by adjusting feed rate,and the strength and rigidity were improved by adjusting draw bead and adding convex closure. The stamping processes were simulated,which realized the optimization of processing supplement. The die adjustment shows that the design and optimization of stamping process is reasonable,which eliminates the defects and ensures the surface accuracy and forming quality of the products.
