基于ABAQUS的冷镦机各工位动力学分析

摘要:

 冷镦机各工位的冷镦力计算为冷镦机各部件的设计提供重要的设计参数。传统的冷镦力计算可以通过经验公式或实验得到,经验公式简单但是不精确,实验方式精确但是需要花费大量的时间以及人力、物力。基于有限元软件ABAQUS对冷镦机在镦制6 mm凹穴六角头螺栓时的各工位进行动力学分析,求得静模中各工位材料对动模的应力以及反作用力,然后把各工位的反作用力进行叠加,得到冷镦机镦制6 mm凹穴六角头螺栓时的最大冷镦力。

 Cold upsetting force calculation of cold header provides important design parameters for each component of cold header. The traditional cold upsetting force calculation is obtained by empirical formula or experiment, and the empirical formula is simple but not precise, while the experiment is precise but needs a lot of manpower and time. With the help of ABAQUS, the dynamic analysis of each station when 6 mm recessed hexagon head bolts were made by cold header was carried out,and the stress and reactive force of each station on moving die in static casting were gained, then the reactive force of each station was overlaid together, consequently, the maximum cold heading force when 6 mm recessed hexagon head bolts were made by cold header was gained.
