轿车门型材拉弯缺陷及修复工艺研究

摘要:

 轿车门框弯角部位在拉弯成形过程中经常产生截面畸变、褶皱、塌边等拉弯缺陷,从而导致拉弯件质量问题。通过分析缺陷产生原因,并对模具结构及拉弯工艺进行研究,提出了采用逐级补焊修模方法、增加辅助工序、加大拉伸力和侧压力等工艺方法来解决拉弯件质量问题。在此基础上,进行了实际拉弯验证,通过对拉弯后的工件检测可知,工件公差满足图纸要求,验证了所提出的拉弯缺陷解决方法是有效的,并适合在轿车门框生产过程中进行推广应用。

Abstract: Section distortion, fold, collapse and other stretch bending defects are often caused at the corner of doorframe of car during stretch bending process,which resulting in quality problems of stretch bending parts. In order to solve the above problems, the reasons of defects were analyzed, the die and stretch bending process were researched,and technology solutions of step by step stretch bending die welding repair method, adding auxiliary process, increasing tensile force and side pressure etc. were proposed.Based on the proposed solutions,actual stretch bending was conducted. The test results of bended workpiece show that the tolerance of workpiece meets the requirements, which verifies the effectiveness of proposed solutions, and it is suitable for application in doorframe of car production process.
