钳口凸齿对锻造操作机夹持过程影响的研究

摘要:

 分析了钳口凸齿对锻造操作机夹持力的影响,结果表明表面带凸齿的钳口夹持工件时比平钳口夹持工件更为省力和有效。通过对热工件受挤压时变形情况的分析,确定了热工件的屈服应力;对钳口夹紧工件时的工况进行模型简化和受力分析,得出了钳口表面带凸齿的锻造操作机夹持力计算方法;对300,400 和800 kN锻造操作机进行了实例计算,计算结果证明了计算方法的有效性。

 The influence of crowned teeth of jaw on gripping force of forging manipulator was analyzed, and the results show that the jaw with crowned teeth is more effective and labor-saving than the flat jaw when the workpiece is clamped. The yield stress of hot workpiece was determined by analyzing the deformation of squeezed hot workpiece. The simplified model of working condition when the workpiece was clamped by jaws was simplified and corresponding force was analyzed,then the calculated method of gripping force of the forging manipulator with crowned teeth was obtained.The forging manipulators with 300,400,800kN were calculated,and the results show that the calculation method is effective.
