轧制润滑对冷轧机振动的影响

摘要:
以冷轧机系统的振动现象为研究对象,结合近年来的冷轧机振动问题的研究成果,探讨了轧制润滑液与冷轧机振动之间的关系,得出适当增加润滑液的摩擦系数,可以起到消振和减振的目的。轧制润滑液的摩擦系数主要受到压下量、轧制速度、润滑液浓度和温度、固体微粒的含量的影响,并指出对于增加轧制液的摩擦系数,从压下量和润滑液浓度两个方面进行调节更为合理,在以上调节未能达到所需摩擦系数的情况下可从固体微粒含量方面进行调节。
The vibration phenomenon of cold rolling mill was studied as object, the researched result of cold rolling mill vibration problem in recent years was combined, and the relationship between rolling lubricant and rolling mill vibration was discussed. The conclusion is made that appropriately increasing friction coefficient of emulsion lubricants is useful to decrease or eliminate the vibration of cold rolling mill. The friction coefficient of lubricants for cold rolling mill mainly depends on rolling reduction, velocity of rolling, concentration and temperature of lubricant and content of solid additive. From rolling reduction and concentration of lubricant to adjust friction coefficient is more reasonable for the increasing of friction coefficient of lubricants. When the above adjustment does not achieve the needed friction coefficient, it can adjust the content of solid additive.
