CTC-1R60气瓶收口旋压机的结构设计

摘要:

为了满足市场对大直径气瓶的需求,开发研制了1台新型的气瓶收口旋压机床。重点介绍了机床主要参数的确定和机床的新结构。通过分析计算现有两台气瓶收口旋压机床工艺试验数据,确定了机床主轴功率,由此获得了机床设计的力学依据。主轴轴承选用角接触球轴承,可以承受轴向力和径向力,同时可以满足旋压工艺要求的高转速。设备首次采用45°的滑台安装旋轮座,提高了滑台的刚性。新设计了加热燃烧室自动点火装置和卡盘自动充卸气装置,提高了机床的自动化水平。

The spinning machine of gas cylinders necking was designed to meet market demand of big diameter gas cylinders. The main parameters and the new structure of the machine were mainly introduced. By analyzing the experimental data from two necking spinning machines, the main shaft power of machine was determined so as to obtain its mechanics basis. The angular contact ball bearings were chosen as bearings of the main shaft, which could support the axial and radial spinning forces and met the high rotational speed. The spinning roller seat was installed in slide table of 45°to improve the rigidity of the slide table. The new machine was improved at automation level by adding automatic ignition advice in the combustion chamber and automatic charging and discharging of chuck device.
