基于MSC.Marc的板材多点渐进成形路径的有限元分析

摘要:

针对金属板材单点渐进成形中受力不均、易引起各种失稳且耗时长等问题,本文在金属板材多点复合渐进成形的基础上,提出了方锥台制件的两种加工路径。通过建立路径1和路径2的有限元模型,设定合理的工艺参数,再对成形件的等效塑性应变、成形精度、壁厚等模拟结果的对比分析表明,较路径2而言,板材以路径1方式进行成形时所获得的最大等效塑性应变较小、相邻塑性应变变化量小、变形更均匀,所得到的制件底部鼓包小、与理论轮廓偏离小、外形精度较高,所获取的制件的最小壁厚更大、壁厚更均匀,路径1更适合金属板材多点复合渐进成形。

For the problems of uneven load in single point incremental forming (SPIF) that caused various instability and time-consuming, two kinds of paths processing on truncated pyramid-shaped workpieces were presented on the basis of plate multi-point composite incremental forming (MPCIF). The reasonable process parameters were set by establishing two finite element models on path 1 and path 2. The simulated results of equivalent plastic strain, forming precision and wall thickness of deformed parts with path 1 and path 2 are compared and show that plate with path 1 can obtain smaller values of the maximum equivalent plastic strain and change quality of plastic deformation, more uniform wall thickness, smaller bulge in the bottom of the specimen and deviation from the theoretical outline, better shape accuracy, larger value of the minimum wall thickness and more uniform. Therefore, path 1 is more suitable for MPCIF.
