基于SolidWorks的精冲级进模工作部件参数化设计

摘要:

针对手工设计精冲级进模模具效率低等问题,以SolidWorks绘图软件为平台,进行多种精冲工艺模具工作部件的计算机参数化设计方法的研究。其中包括冲孔、落料和半冲3个基础精冲工艺,以及精冲拉深和精冲弯曲等多种精冲复合工艺。在研究精冲级进模各工艺工作部件结构特点的基础上,采取先设计工作部件主体再设计其辅助部分的设计思想。主要设计包括:利用SolidWorks二次开发技术进行凸模冲头、凹模型腔、顶件器的参数化设计;凸模辅助件、压边圈的结构设计以及凹模镶块的划分。 典型精冲零件模型的输入测试结果表明,所设计的精冲级进模系统工作部件,可以有效完成零件的精冲加工工艺,可以极大地提高精冲级进模具的设计效率。

For the problems in manual design die such as low efficiency, a parametric design method for working parts of fine blanking progressive dies was studied by the platform of the drawing software SolidWorks. The fine blanking technologies included three basic technologies of punching, blanking and semi-punching, and several combined fine blanking technologies such as fine blanking drawing, and fine blanking bending. Based on analyzing the structural characteristics of all working parts of fine blanking progressive dies, the idea that first design main working parts and then design auxiliary parts was accepted. The main design included parametric designs of punch, die cavity and ejector, and the structural designs on auxiliary components of punch, blank holder and die insert by using API language of SolidWorks. The result of the input test of typical fine blanking parts model indicates that the working parts of fine blanking progressive dies designed by this method can complete the fine blanking technologies of parts effectively, and the design efficiency of fine blanking progressive dies is improved remarkably.
