摘要:

针对传统的120 MN水压机控制系统存在压下量控制精度差、工人劳动强度大、生产效率低、工作中管路系统震动大和阀体水蚀现象严重等缺陷进行设备改造。传统泵-蓄势器传动方式的120 MN水压机其控制系统中的主阀分配器为摇杆轴式分配器。设备改造方案是在不改变现有泵站及管路情况下,采用新型控制系统。即在操作阀体的摇臂上安装一个伺服缸,在压机活动横梁上安装一个位置传感器以测定行程。改造后的120 MN水压机操作系统简便,锻件的压下量公差可以控制在±1.5 mm, 锻件尺寸更精确,使其加工余量减少。
 

120 MN hydraulic press was improved due to the existing problems of traditional control system such as poor control precision to pressing value, high labor intensity, low production efficiency, big vibration in the pipeline system during operation and serious phenomena of body erosion. The main valve distributor in the control system of 120 MN hydraulic press with traditional pump-accumulator transmission mode is the rocker shaft type distributor. A new type of control system was applied in the modification plan with the existing pumping station and pipeline unchanged. A servo cylinder was installed in rocker arm of the operating valve. A position sensor was installed on the movable beam of this press to measure the distance. After this press was modified, its operation system is simplified, the tolerance of pressing value is controlled within ±1.5 mm, and forging size is more accurately obtained so as to reduce the machining allowance.
