大型挤压机叠板立柱结构及制造工艺探讨

本文介绍的新型挤压机叠板立柱结构,突破了传统圆螺母预紧的圆柱形张力柱结构。通过在挤压机前梁端的大“T”型钩上预加载荷,强制拉长叠板拉杆以后,在前梁与半圆键之间加入垫板,从而建立张力柱的预紧力。分析了叠板立柱的技术要求和制造难点。为了克服长条形板坯变形导致各层叠板的加工和检测尺寸错位,采用在叠板切割下料时两端预留出工艺块,用以安装专用预紧装置,实现叠板拉杆在预应力拉直状态下实施切削加工的方案,从而确保四套叠板立柱与前梁、后梁结合面、半圆键圆弧配合面的等长和一致性,符合设计和装配的精度要求。完善了大型叠板立柱的制造工艺,叠板立柱经过安装检测和用户投产使用,效果良好。

A new type of extrusion press with laminated plate column was introduced, and it made a breakthrough in the traditional round nut tightening structure. The pre-tightening force of tension column was established through preloading on the front end of the beam big “T” hook, and then adding the bolster plate between the beam and woodruff key after laminated rod elongated forcibly. The technical requirements and manufacturing difficulties of laminated plate column were analyzed. In order to overcome dislocations in processing and measuring of laminated plates caused by the rectangular slab deformation, the project of laminated pull rod cutting process under pre-stress straighten state was realized by setting aside processing block for both ends when laminated plate is cut to install special pre-tightening device. Therefore, the isometric and consistency of the four sets of laminated plate columns and combining surface of front and rear beam, and mating surface of woodruff key arc were ensured and met the design and assembling requirements. The manufacturing process of large laminated plate column was improved. It receives a successful result from the laminated plate column after installation, measurement and user feedback.
